Iria

Iria is a deranged villain who acts out of her admiration for Lilith. Lilith uses Iria to carry out her grotesque plans because of Iria's great power. Iria's power lies in her ability to mentally control her black tears, which she uses to create monstrous creatures that she controls like puppets. 
Her left eye is missing because she thought that it would help her get more tears in order to be more powerful.
